Dundee City Council

Fraser Crichton is the Corporate Fleet Operations Manager for Dundee City Council and has been instrumental in all aspects of the introduction of EVs into the city.
On behalf of the council, Fraser’s main objectives have been to expand EV infrastructure and vehicle uptake, improve city wide air quality, deploy further clean energy sources and to expand the reach of electric vehicle technology to the wider community.
The council was the first local authority in the UK to have over 100 electric vehicles in the fleet with Fraser being at the helm of this movement.
Fraser was fundamental to the introduction of an electric vehicle campaign called Drive Dundee Electric to promote and support the uptake of electric vehicles in the area, this campaign was centred to providing local information to residents and commuters in the city. With Fraser overseeing the Drive Dundee Electric campaign they both have acquired a bank of knowledge, contacts and experience from adopting EVs within Dundee City Council and supplying local infrastructure.
